Arati Pai, Co-Founder

A Chartered Accountant since over a decade, Arati has carved her path across multinational corporations and fast-growing startups, with expertise spanning management accounting, investor relations, regulatory compliance, and tax consulting. Her ability to navigate the fast-paced world of financial services and startups, while staying grounded in the unique needs of non-profit consulting, makes her a versatile and trusted advisor.

Known for her willingness to take risks and embrace new challenges, Arati thrives on finding innovative solutions where others see complexity. Whether it’s designing efficient financial systems, advising on tax structuring, or driving cost optimization, she approaches every engagement with creativity, speed, and a focus on long-term value.

In co-founding Asaya Partners, Arati set out to build not just a service firm, but a space where trust, quality, and work-life integration go hand in hand. Her vision is to deliver accounting and finance expertise that empowers clients to grow boldly, while creating a culture where people feel valued and inspired to do their best work.

Dohit Muranjan, Co-Founder

For Dohit, numbers have always been more than figures on a sheet - they are stories of people, possibilities, and purpose. A Chartered Accountant with over a decade of experience across industries like SaaS, real estate, banking, education, healthcare and the non-profit sector, he brings both technical mastery and heartfelt commitment to every partnership.

What sets Dohit apart is not just his expertise in financial systems, taxation, and virtual CFO services, but his belief that finance is a tool to build trust, strengthen organisations, and unlock long-term growth. Having worked closely with small and medium businesses as well as mission-driven non-profits, he has seen firsthand the difference that clarity, structure, and integrity can make in people’s lives.

In co-founding Asaya Partners, Dohit envisioned more than an accounting firm - he set out to create a place trusted for values, fairness, and collaboration. Guided by his eye for detail and a deep respect for relationships, Dohit is committed to proving that lasting success is built not just on sound financials, but on trust, transparency, and human connection.

'Asaya' comes from the Sanskrit word Āśaya, meaning intention, purpose, or abode of the heart. It reflects our belief that true work is guided by values and purpose.
